Usage應(yīng)用:

Acting as one excellent dispersion promoter for high loading silica compounds. it shows excellent behavior in silica/carbon black  compounds. RF-5 also improves filler dispersion and  reduces mixing and Mooney viscosities. RF-5 increases scorch safety and reduced energy consumption in extrusion. Used in tire, molded and extruded articles of all types, hard rubber. 分散劑RF-5更適用作淺色填料的分散助劑,特別對于在白炭黑高填充量的膠料中效果尤為明顯，能加強(qiáng)白炭黑在膠料中的分布與各種膠料能均勻的分散,增強(qiáng)了膠料的光滑性、分散均一性,并且提高了含有白炭黑、有機(jī)顏料等膠料的硫化活性，消除白炭黑對硫化的影響。

For Injecton process :1-3PHR（double injection output）; for Extrusion or calendaring process:2-5 phr;

B. 適用注射成型和擠出成型加工領(lǐng)域 ：RF-5可降低橡膠和金屬表面的摩擦力，提高擠出速度，提高生產(chǎn)效率，使得產(chǎn)品表面光滑、美觀。在壓出成型、復(fù)雜模具、微孔發(fā)泡橡膠上可提高排氣性、脫模性，并可得到較佳之尺寸穩(wěn)定性。在射出成型加工中。增加射出量，在特殊性狀模具中有很好的效果。
